Terry Thompson, Broker/Owner
Terry and his wife, Maureen, and their three children have been living at least part time in Costa Rica for over a decade, and full time since 2008. Originally from Canada, they also lived in Florida before arriving in Paradise. Terry had extensive background in business management before retiring to Costa Rica, where he has been a licensed Realtor and member of CRGAR, for the last several years.
Terry and Maureen both enjoy golf, sailing and sunset walks on the beach. They are involved in their children's school and many other local area activities.
Terry strongly believes in the philosophy that he would not show a property that he would not buy himself.

Randy Toltz, Broker/Owner
 Randy and his wife Kim, and three of their five children (two were grown) moved to Costa Rica in January or 2010. They are both Colorado natives, with a combined 35 plus years of real estate experience.
In 2009 they made a decision to relocate their family to Costa Rica. Randy had spent much of his adult life living, working and traveling throughout Central America, as a Management Consultant, and has always yearned to return.
Randy and Kim are legal residents of Costa Rica and Randy is a licensed Realtor through CRGAR (the local board of Realtors) and speaks Spanish fluently. Kim combines her real estate expertise with a background in interor design, and is the marketing and design specialist for all of Randy & Kim's high-quality print media and advertising, as well as home staging for sales and professional photography. She is also a key resource for buyers & sellers wishing to remodel their home.
They both have an extensive passion for missions and outreach as well as photography. They are the volunteer Bi-Vocational associates for Global Connection International Costa Rica and are committed to making a difference not only in Costa Rica, but all over the world.
Randy just celebrated his 12 year anniversary with Re/Max, and Kim her 20th!
